Background and Objective: This study aimed to investigate the antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and producing silver nanocomposites with suitable and biodegradable antibacterial properties by solution Blending method. Method: To investigate the antimicrobial properties of silver nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles were first synthesized by NaBH4 reduciton and after performing UV-VIS, DLS, XRD and TEM and FT-IR tests, Staphylococcus aureus as a Gram-positive, Escherichia coli as a Gram-negative bacteri was used, investigated by MIC, MBC and Inhibition Zone. In the next step, the nanocomposite was prepared and prepared by solution Blending method and its antibacterial activity was evaluated by Inhibition Zone method. Findings: The results showed that silver nanoparticles had inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans at concentrations of 50, 20 and 355 μ g / ml respectively and also at concentrations of MIC. 60, 40 and 370, respectively, have the lethal effect on the aforementioned microorganisms (MFC, MBC). A diameter of 3-5 mm was observed around the silver nanoparticles in the cultures of the mentioned microorganisms and in the test of nanocomposite Inhibiion zone, the halo was created based on expected values. the results of the experiments were calculated with 3 replications and the amount of PValue was significant (P<0/0001)by ANOVA method. we used also 3 antibiotic as control for Inhibition zone test. Discussion and Conclusion: Silver nanoparticles showed good inhibitory and lethal effects on Grampositive and Gram-negative bacteria and Also, the nanocomposites produced by the mentioned method have high antibacterial and viscolastic properties.

Abstract:

In this paper, we consider different types of generalized vector variational-like inequalities and study the relationships between their  olutions . We study the general forms of Stampacchia and Minty type vector variational inequalities for bifunctions and establish the existence of their solutions in the setting of topological vector spaces. We extend these vector variational inequalities for the Clarke’s sub differential of non-differentiable locally Lipschitz functions and prove the existence of their solutions. As applications, we establish some existence results for a solution of the vector optimization problem by using Stampacchia and Minty type vector variational inequalities.

Abstract:

A computational technique for solution of mathematical model of gas solution in a fluid is presented. This model describes the change of mass of the gas volume due to diffusion through the contact surface. An appropriate representation of the solution based on the Mü ntz polynomials reduces its numerical treatment to the solution of a linear system of algebraic equations. Numerical examples are given and discussed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract:

Background: Diabetes is a global concern, with an estimated 2 million individuals expected to be affected by the condition by 2024. Non-invasive glucose monitoring devices can greatly enhance patient care and management. Objective: This study aimed to develop an instrument capable of non-invasively measuring blood glucose levels using an infrared transmitter and receiver, with data processing performed by a dedicated processor.Material and Methods: This analytical study develops a glucometer that incorporates a power supply, a light source, a light detector, a sampler, and signal processing components to enable non-invasive glucose measurements. The instrument was calibrated using sugar solution samples with known glucose concentrations. It was then tested using serum samples from diabetic patients with accuracy, which was evaluated using Clarke’s grid analysis. Results: Testing of the designed glucometer revealed that 83% of the serum samples fell within zone A of Clarke’s grid analysis, indicating high accuracy. The remaining 17% of samples were classified in zone B, with no samples falling in zones C, D, or E. Conclusion: The developed glucometer demonstrated higher accuracy in measuring glucose concentrations above 200 mg/dl. Despite the use of serum samples in this experiment, 83% of the results were located in zone A leads to the capability of non-invasively measuring blood glucose levels. Further studies are required to validate the device’s accuracy in a larger population and assess its utility in clinical practice.

Abstract:

Coronaviruses (CoV) are RNA viruses that cause endemic infections in various species of mammals and avian birds. There are seven known human CoVs, each of which causes respiratory diseases: together account for about one third of common colds. Some CoVs have recently entered humans from infected animals and lastly we have SARS COVID‑ 19, (CoV), which causes severe acute, often fatal respiratory syndromes. The prevalence of CoV, the easy zoonotic transmission and the potential to cause serious respiratory diseases, lead to urgent research to discover the mechanisms of CoV infection. Our study has identified a possible way to eliminate the danger of this virus by analyzing the structures by which it enters the host cell. This study indicates that the neuroaminidase interrupts the infection.

Abstract:

Introduction In the field of management, the statistics and performance of the deputies and functions of the organization are always of great importance, which requires instant access to the latest status of the system under coverage and minimal forecast of the future situation, to provide quality services Also improve. All of this justifies the existence of an intelligent statistical system with decision-making capabilities. Methods In this study, we try to create an integrated web-based system in order to electronicize the processes of defining and recording statistical information along with the aggregation of scattered data in the system and finally extract reliable knowledge from this data using modern artificial intelligence methods. In order to make decisions in the fields of health, treatment, medical education as well as health management. The intelligent management system of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences has been designed and implemented under the web with the technique of making Webserver software & Learning & data mining in three phases for 48 months in PHP language and MySQL database. Results For this study, the statistical turnover structure of the university was classified into 1058 units. By classification based on the decision tree algorithm and reviewing the records of reports submitted to organizations at the same level and above, we reached 269833 units of data, 376 data types and 3885 data content. In the proposed method, the time cost of data transfer is less than one minute per item, and the required human resources due to the addition of multiple control sensors is 2640 people-hours per year, and significant time and financial savings were made. Conclusions According to the findings, it seems necessary to create a mechanized system for distribution, collection, control, analysis and reporting of statistical indicators that can have high accuracy and time and financial savings.
